SageRose

An Invitation in an Envelope, Sealed with Wax

Guests literally open your invitation: the seal breaks, the envelope flap lifts, and the invitation slides out onto the screen. Sage, cream and antique pink - stationery brought to a phone screen.

About the theme

An invitation that opens like a paper one

SageRose is a digital invitation that opens like a real one. Guests see an envelope on screen, sealed with wax and stamped with your monogram - when they touch it, the seal breaks, the flap lifts just like a real envelope, and the invitation slides out on top and flows smoothly into the page. At the same moment, the music you've chosen can start playing, with a discreet pause button in the corner of the screen. The whole page is designed like stationery held in the hand - a narrow invitation column that feels like a polished app on a phone.

Inside are waiting: a poetic story of your love, a day schedule with a stem that blooms as you scroll, a direction map, a tactful note asking for envelopes instead of gifts, the dress code shown as a colour palette, and RSVP hidden under a second seal, with questions about diet, accommodation and a plus-one. Instead of the usual gold: sage and antique pink, which keeps the whole thing feeling fresh and unmistakably its own.

The seal breaks, the flap lifts in three dimensions, the invitation slides out of the envelope. This is the one thing guests never scroll past without noticing.

Guide

SageRose and your reception

An envelope you actually open

Before a guest sees anything else, they see an envelope with a wax seal and your monogram. They touch it, the seal breaks, the flap lifts in three dimensions, and the invitation slides out on top, flowing straight into the page. It takes a few seconds and stays in the memory longer than most of the sections below it - it's the moment guests message you about right after opening it. Anyone with animations turned off on their phone gets the content straight away, so nobody's left stuck in front of a closed envelope. From there, the whole page carries on like stationery held in the hand.

A garden at dawn instead of gold

Instead of the classic white-and-gold pairing, you get sage, cream paper and antique pink. It sounds more modest, looks fresher, and - which matters here - turns up far less often at other weddings. Botanical details bloom in step with the scroll: a stem grows alongside the order of the day, leaves appear as new sections come in. If you're after something that doesn't look like an invitation guests have already seen three times this season, this palette gets you there without reaching for anything extravagant.

Music, the dress code and the rest of the detail

Inside waits the story of how you met, the order of the day, a direction map, a tactful note asking for envelopes instead of gifts, and the dress code shown as a colour palette - three or four shades tell guests more than a paragraph about style ever would. RSVP is hidden under a second seal, with questions about diet, accommodation and a plus-one. There's optional music too, which only starts once a guest opens the envelope themselves. All of it at one price: PLN 300 one-off, domain and hosting for a year, no subscription.
